The estate is located in Sant Pol, in the Baix Empordà, and is framed within the natural area of Les Gavarreres, just 15 minutes from the Costa Brava. The main farmhouse has an area of 700m2 and requires restoration. The farm itself covers 69 hectares, with 4 hectares dedicated to agriculture and the rest intended for forestry production, with a primary focus on cork extraction.
A preliminary project has been drawn up to restore the farmhouse, and there is an active forest management plan in force until 2041, with access to annual subsidies. In addition, it offers the possibility of receiving advice for the renovation and management of the farmhouse, as well as for the comprehensive management of the property, with a team of experts in architecture, decoration, construction, among other specialized services.
